if you would like the problems done by hand (pen and paper and then scanned), then let me know if you want to see all the work or just the answers.
If you would like the work done with software (Excel, or Word or a combination), then let me know what software you would like me to use: Excel, Word or any combination.
Please give me the name and author of your Book.
By when would you like the work done (please give me the latest date possible -- I usually get work done much earlier than the latest possible)?
If there are other relevant details that I should know about, then make sure to let me know them.
If a 'write-up' needs to be done (for example as a Word document or within Excel) tell me how to format it.

NOTE: I do not promise perfection. I often achieve it and usually come close

Time:
Time is very often of the essence. When using email there is always a time lag. I don't spend the whole day online and you probably don't either. Procrastination (on your part or on my part) makes my job harder. It is best that emails be responded to immediately. For fast results the phone is often better than email, although not always necessary. Of the hundreds of jobs I've done, many have been done without ever using the phone. On the other hand the phone has often been an invaluable tool in cutting down the time it takes to have the project turned in to you. Also, if you take your time other jobs may get ahead of yours which (of course) means your job will be done later than necessary. Sometimes clients have procrastinated to the point where I have had to return the money and not do the job.
Rush Jobs:
I sometimes do not have time to do a rush job. I'd prefer 24 hours lead time, but I do understand that life sometimes happens and you may need my services immediately. All I can promise is that I will do my best.
